When I was in the hospital during the pandemic over a blockage in my stomach I was at Hillcrest and while there I could tell many staff were overworked or disconnected. I was worried, and thought who and how can I get help. All of sudden my Primary Doctor Krasnyansky showed up later in the evening on the first day and continued checking on me. Don’t come here for immigration medical examine. They forgot to check one vaccine mark, resulting in an RFE of our case. Very unprofessional.
This physician is a disgrace to her profession and highly unprofessional. If you have a loved one at AHC of Landerhaven, take them out because she does not listen or care. If the nurses and OT/PT all agree that the patient has pain, why are pain meds not approved? The same pain and sleep meds that were included in discharge instructions. Removing medication without notifying the family is unacceptable.
