Dr. Isakov has always been very kind, present, and interested. She takes time to listen and gives you her full attention. Visits never feel rushed. She genuinely wants to address all questions and concerns.
I went to Dr. Isakov because my regular Doctor didn't have an opening. I was running a fever, coughing and suspected I had an URI. She examined me, had blood drawn and a 4 Plex nasal swab done, which confirmed Flu A. They called me in a prescription for Tamiflu. There is no doubt in my mind this Doctor is highly experienced and knows her business. I would defiantly see her again if my regular Doctor is booked up. Her Nurse was very professional as well. She didn't take time to see what going on why I has pain in my feet and ankles. Come and go don't give me time to explain what I have problem with. And she didn't work with me on my bill I was working paycheck to paycheck and I'm so glad that she fired me cause I didn't pay her fast enough. Now I have a real good doctor and his name is Dr. Robert Bryant M.D in Piedmont, SC. He takes time for me and treat me like family.
Dr. Isakov is rude and insensitive to the pain of her patients. I decided to make an appointment with the first that was available as soon as possible due to the intensity of my pain and because I knew that I would not be able to take that pain for another 8 hours in the emergency room. First of all, Dr. Isakov gave me a wrong diagnosis. I had a suspicion that it might be appendicitis, and I am aware that this should be treated as an emergency due to the lethal consequences if not acted upon in time. I chose Dr. Isakov as my Mom’s new primary doctor and I could not be happier. She listened and addressed some prescription issues I was having … made some adjustments due to my Mom’s age … and I’m so glad to have a doctor for Mom that listens. She doesn’t sugar coat things and she’s not there to address anything outside of her expertise … she was direct in setting Mom up for PT and pain management where she feels she will get the best results.
