PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR! Myself, my grandmother, and my mother have all seen her for years and I was always hesitant because she never listened to what us, the patient, felt or thought about what was occurring to our bodies. This has led to Isakov majorly misdiagnosing my mother for YEARS. She even sent my mother a letter saying she and not anyone at Prisma would see her after she advocated for her own health. Extremely rude and dismissive. Ask questions but doesn’t let you answer and talks over you. Apparently, she specializes in Geriatrics but when I brought my 82 year old mother to her appointment she didn’t know much about her status. My mother has been seeing her for over 40 years! She asked me why we had made an appointment. I had to explain that mom had spent a week in the hospital and 2 weeks in a facility receiving PT. Dr. Isakov has always been very kind, present, and interested. She takes time to listen and gives you her full attention. Visits never feel rushed. She genuinely wants to address all questions and concerns.
I went to Dr. Isakov because my regular Doctor didn't have an opening. I was running a fever, coughing and suspected I had an URI. She examined me, had blood drawn and a 4 Plex nasal swab done, which confirmed Flu A. They called me in a prescription for Tamiflu. There is no doubt in my mind this Doctor is highly experienced and knows her business. I would defiantly see her again if my regular Doctor is booked up. Her Nurse was very professional as well.
