Dr. Chung has been our family doctor for almost 28 years. She always took great care of me and my family!
Dr. Chung is both professional and knowledgeable. She is honest and has a deep understanding of her work. I was delighted to find her for my immigration medical exam. I contacted several civil surgeons to obtain a good faith estimate for this service, and her fee was very competitive compared to others, which were significantly higher. I feel fortunate to have received the best service at the best price. Thank you so much, Dr. Chung, for your honesty and professionalism.
The new receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This doctor's office should be ashamed of themselves for letting such an uneducated and demeaning person to be the face of the office. Horrible experience because of that receptionist. So clueless and rude.
The new front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and condescending towards patients. What's worse is that she's very incompetent and lacks the basic understanding of what's going on. Previous front desk staff was an absolute delight, but this new individual is absolutely horrible. Avoid this place if possible. 0 stars if google allowed.
