The staff is always friendly as well as doctors. They are all a team of professionals and always happy when leaving. Great service and they do take good care of you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Doctor Alcover is very knowledgeable and caring. Her team is TERRIBLE in scheduling appointments, getting lab results, getting referrals to specialists, answering the phone or emails. Wish she had a better team to support her.
EXCELLENT. During the hardest time with my health, Dr. Alcover and her staff at Associates MD (specifically her medical assistant Kay) helped me, listened to me, returned all my phone calls and treated me like a real human and not a patient--just when I was on my last straw with other doctors being dismissive. They are kind, patient, and really take their time. I highly recommend Dr. Alcover, she is the doctor that will fight for you.
