Worst customer service! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS! They sell defective products!
We purchased a DR Heater 998 model some seven or so years ago. We were hoping that we could lower our PG&E bill by using this instead of the lousy baseboard units in our apartment. I am here to tell you that not only did the 998 save us $$$$$ immediately, but it is still running incredibly well.
