My experience with Dr Anand was amazing. She took the time to answer my questions and her beside manner was awesome!!
Dr. Anands staff is incredibly unprofessional. I've been going there for years but only recently did I go to get tested and one of her nurses gave me the wrong result. I get a call the next day with totally different results, causing me to panic. I try to call and get a hold of them but no one will return my calls. I email them and they won't return my emails. I had a new patient appointment and waited OVER two hours to be seen. Dr Anand was in a hurry and seemed to dismiss the concerns I wanted to discuss. I found her nurse to be kind and helpful, but the rest of the practice was completely unprofessional and front desk staff was rude. I was lied to repeatedly on the phone by various office staff about the arrival date of test results (when I finally got them emailed to me was able to clearly see the date and time they had received them). I left the practice after two weeks.
My visit with Dr. Anand was great. She took time answering questions and talking to me and was very professional and friendly.
