Now looking for new Doc. Veteran here sent to him through community care. He is a rude and insensitive to vets. When he gets new referral from VA, he calls to make appointment the very next day, but if you already have plans to be out of town, he makes appointment over a month away, and refuses to refill meds. I won't be missed, he has said many times how little he gets from VA for vet care, which means that I and other vets get minimal service anyway.
No common courtesy. No customer service. Rude office staff, uncaring doctor. Cares more about pushing Covid shot (which my husband had already received) than their patient's quality of life! If you can, go to Chapel Hill! Much better experience! I know some people cannot travel so they are stuck with what's in town.
He been seeing my mother for years and he treats her with love and care his staff is so loving and kind he used to be my Dr and when I was seeing him I loved him I couldn't have asked for a better Dr when I didn't know what was causing my head ache he ran test and found the cause and treated it till this day I been head ache free it makes a difference when you have a Dr who cares and go beyond!!!!
Very friendly and professional neurologist. I am happy with his medical treatment of me and I would recommend others to him. His staff is very friendly and I enjoy going to his office.
