Ruth has NO customer service skills. Waited 2hrs to be seen. Visit was a complete waste of time and Dr.Patel suggested I continue to work in heat with a blood pressure of 114/207. These people are a Joke and should not be in business AT ALL!
I have had 4 visits with Dr Patel at each visit he takes time to answer and explain my concerns . He actually addresses these issues and tries to find solutions regarding my health. When I call regarding a issue I get a call back fairly quick. His staff is also very professional and kind. This will keep me at this doctor.
Mom currently admitted to hospital and by far the nicest and most communicative doctor we have met. Dr Patel and his staff explain things clearly and I can feel the compassion they share for their patients well being.
I had 3 or 4 appointments...all great!
