His front office staff is absolutely the worst ever. Very rude and disrespectful. Dr Khawaja is amazing but he needs all new staff. We are going to leave his practice because of his staff and he does not seem to cate that staff is horrible
I m trying to get my $100 deposit I made for the appointment for my daughter last 3 months and more they’re giving me run around not returning my deposit terrible front office staff they put u on the hold and disconnect u after 20 minute of music I m about to take them to small claims court I m never ever recommending them for services anymore Ugh
Horrible Office support service. It appears that there are two support offices the first one is the doctor’s reception and the other one is overseas. Both can give conflicting information. My appointment was changed from virtual visit to in-person visit (on the same day) when I informed them that I am out of the country.
