Horrible scheduling department. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I made an appointment with this office 3 weeks ago and was told the day before that the DR was no longer working that day. No explanation, no apology. They reschedule me for 2 days later at a different location and when I show up I am told by the front desk that he doesn’t even work at this location on Fridays. Let me tell yall I have had to find a GI doctor because of my condition and being on IV antibiotics for 4years ! The GI doctor at St Luke’s just quit this is my 3rd GI in the past 4years! On that note I got a referral to this doctor and after multiple attempts to call 📞 a make an appointment!
