I'm highlighting the poor treatment I recieved recently from this organisations administration. I was notified by that I was scheduled for a follow up procedure. I duly made a booking informing that I will be on leave overseas till 23rd Feb with scant wifi coverage. I informed that being out of the country it would be difficult to act on anything such as doing forms or making prepayments.
