I was greeted by the receptionist, she was very kind and professional. The nurse was equally nice, her name is Destiny, she apologized and explained to me that the doctor was running behind schedule. When I saw Dr. Avin, from the moment he entered the room and introduced himself, he was apologetic about the time, he has excellent bedside manner, he answered all my questions without feeling rushed,,and treated me more than just a patient, and showed empathy through the entire visit.
Excellent technical skills and excellent bedside manner. This is a good surgeon!
