It is unacceptable the way these people conduct business. I've been coming here for more than 2 years, seeing nurse practitioner Arthur MacDonald. He seems very unstable. As I am the type of patient that needs to be see once a month, he is "hot" one visit and "cold" the next. No consistency. The actual doctors at this office have no compassion and are not willing to even hear what I have to say.
