My wife is vomiting non-stop and can't sleep. On the initial consult she gave them her medication list. The people at the front desk 2 weeks later the day before the upper colonoscopy they said Ozempic and Farxiga has to stop so the appointment is cancelled. Really wish I could give a 0 star. Wanted to charge me for a routine colonoscopy upfront. PLEASE BE CAREFUL all routine exams are covered at 100% this includes your evaluation as this is part of the routine colonoscopy. Ask to speak to the billing manager CINDY she also stated that they will also need an additional amount as a retainer for the ROUTINE colonoscopy! She was extremely rude and hung up on us.
