This office is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. I was turned away with a potential fatal blood clot in my arm simply because I did not have my copay on hand. Their staff literally chose to value a fee over a human life. This is not healthcare; it is an unethical, heartless moneygrab. Do not trust them with your life.

I’ve been holding back for a while because I feel bad for the Dr. Dr Chukwu is a great doctor but the wait time is beyond ridiculous! I’ve waited Well over 4 hours every time I’ve been there and I still get the snarky attitude and looks when I ask how much longer. The people at the front aren’t the nicest. I’ve spoken up time and time again, and obviously my concerns have fallen on deaf years and as pointed out each and every time, my time Doesn’t matter.

I love Dr Chukwu, however the front desk is horrible. They coded my bloodwork wrong Oct 2025 and I gave them the bill 3 times called 3 different weeks to get issue resolved. No call back. Took Monday off to speak with manager and of course she was off and front desk said she would call me. No call. My account was sent to collections and I told the front desk in person. Still nothing done. Don't know what else to do. Can't afford $1,500 bill for bloodwork. I've been stressed for months due to this issue.
