Very nice comfortable people the lady answers the phone is managing wells
Staff is absolutely rude! I was on hold for 13+ minutes, called from another phone and the lady said "I can give you a minute what do you need?" Then she proceeded to tell me that they're extremely busy and she doesn't know what I want her to do. Not the first time this happens. They've previously transferred me between all 3 of the assistants without explaining to each other the reason for the call and then get an attitude when asking me again why I'm calling. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BOTH OF THE DOCTORS THERE ALTHOUGH THEIR STAFF IS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST, BUT IF YOU CAN KIND OF GET PASS THAT YOU'LL HAVE A GREAT SET OF DOCTORS, AND IT'S IN A GOOD LOCATION NOT TO FAR OUT.
