I like the doctor. She is very friendly. However, her office is very sloppy and disorganized. They changed my office visit last minute and kept getting the time wrong. I could never get a hold of them. It feels like I am calling a fake office number using Google voice. They never call me back despite my attempts at reaching out to them via email, text and phone 3 different times. All I need is for them to provide me with an itemized statement.
