For years I was impressed by this doctor. He seemed very qualified, professional and friendly. But on my last visit I was very disappointed. Because I asked questions about a procedure he was ordering he was upset. He became arrogant and unprofessional. He said my condition was great, yet he wanted to schedule this procedure. My father went here for bladder stones. The first problem came when we were scheduling his surgery. I spoke with the surgical coordinator, and she told me they could only schedule him for July 28 — mind you, it was May when we spoke. Her exact words were: “You think he’s the only one with bladder stones?!” The second problem happened on the day of surgery. They delayed his procedure for five hours — he arrived at 12 PM, went to pre-op at 2 PM, and didn’t start surgery until close to 5 PM. The biggest issue is that my father ... read more
