For years I was impressed by this doctor. He seemed very qualified, professional and friendly. But on my last visit I was very disappointed. Because I asked questions about a procedure he was ordering he was upset. He became arrogant and unprofessional. He said my condition was great, yet he wanted to schedule this procedure. Because I did not agree right off he changed from being a great doctor to a scary one. I've never been back. My father went here for bladder stones. The first problem came when we were scheduling his surgery. I spoke with the surgical coordinator, and she told me they could only schedule him for July 28 — mind you, it was May when we spoke. Her exact words were: “You think he’s the only one with bladder stones?!” The second problem happened on the day of surgery. They delayed his procedure for five hours — he arrived at 12 PM, went to pre-op at 2 PM, and didn’t start surgery until close to 5 PM. The biggest issue is that my father ... read more
