We were referred to Dr Reis by our oncologist. He put my husband through every test that Medicare would pay for and then some. He saw him every few months for a year with tests each time. Every visit we were given the same diagnosis, my husband didn’t have Alzheimer’s and do crosswords. My husband’s memory kept getting worse and I finally gave up on this doctor. The staff is very unorganized and treats people as they are doing you a favor. We cancelled all future appointments due to the lack of professionalism from staff.

I have been there many times and dr Levy is great easy to understand and very thorough. However staff issues can be a problem for instance today my appointment was for 9.45am and there was another lady waiting with an appointment time of 10am. The staff nurse called her in at 9.45 as she obviously knew her and I got seen at 10.10. I brought this to her attention and she started of by lying and saying she paid no attention to appointment times!!!! I told the doctor and he just brushed it of. I love Dr. Levy-Reis. I took mom to see him when she began exhibiting dementia signs. He is very detailed and caring. He listens. His office staff is great. My mother is doing so much better under his care with his treatment plan. I’m glad we found him.
