Dr. Chauvin is an excellent therapist. She's very compassionate and intuitive. I have enjoyed my time with her very much.
I saw Ida a few years ago for couple's counseling with my now ex-husband and I am still dealing with trauma from that. I had to see my own therapist after. She gave us each pet names (I was "Bulldog" and he was "Pig-headed"). I felt like she wasn't listening to us half the time. And then while seeing us each individually for a few sessions she asked my now ex-husband for legal advice concerning one of her personal issues, during a session!
