When i saw Dr Ibrahim Hanna he had no idea what i was dealing with. Through testing & investigating, i ended up in hospital, Dr Hanna found me, he told me he will not stop until he found out what was wrong. He did. He diagnosed me, he treated me. Unfortunately after being transferred to another hospital things took a turn for me. But after 4 months of organ failure, life support, open heart surgery. I survived. One of the receptionists was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. She hung up the phone on me while I was still speaking and asking for her name, without giving me any opportunity to explain the purpose of my call. This level of behaviour is unacceptable in a medical setting. I have also come across similar comments from other patients in recent months, which is concerning. The doctor is excellent and clearly deserves a reception team that is respectful, professional, and capable of handling patients properly.
My aunty took my cousin to this doctor and she was warned by the receptionist not to ask the doctor questions because he doesn't like it. She went in to see him and he was getting frustrated when she asked him question. My cousin had her first seizure ever and clearly her mum needed answers. He was very rude. DO NOT SEE HIM!
