Dr.Alfalah is great, always has been very attentive and helpful with all issues. We’ve been with him for years. However I am beyond angry with how his practice has been run since his recent receptionist has been hired. I’ve never encountered such disorganization and indifference from a medical office. Prescriptions that determine whether someone can function or even get out of bed are either sent late or never sent at all. Calls aren’t returned. Requests are ignored. Best doctor in town very understanding and he always listen to your problem.Very concern to he's patient.
He is always gone when we try to book for appt. He’s asst doesnt know when he will come back and will not take our number to call us just in case he comes. She answer the phone with uhumm. He has been with a number of asst and only found one good one but she is gone now
He is a good family Dr. to me, he keeps on eye in all my health status, esp. medications .Staff reminds my appointment date just incase i might forget..They cared for their patient ..
