Got referred to him about 2 years ago. No answer for almost 2 weeks, even calling at different times of the day. Got a new referral to someone else. Fine. Got a new referral for a procedure. I recognize his name but ignore it, as it's been 2 years. Set up appointment for today at 4pm on march 20th (over a month in advance). MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!! TODAY, 1/16/25 I GET A CALL THAT THE APPT. THAT WAS MADE 4 MONTHS AGO WILL NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AS THAT PROVIDER IS NO LONGER THERE. THE APPT. WAS SET FOR 1/21/25 4 MONTHS AGO. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON 10/18/24 STATING THAT DR. The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. No call backs after leaving messages, can’t get ahold of anyone in the office. If I could give the staff a zero I would.
