Ian is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is kind and caring and gentle. I have a phobia and he has been able to get around it and I am able to attend regular checkups now. He had looked after me for about 15 years and I would never go to anyone else. Thoroughly recommend to anyone! Thanks Ian for great care and treatment. Ian is a fantastic dentist and a warm and caring human being, who gives out great advice. However Ian is no longer at this practice, not sure if he will return due to a foot problem/ possible retirement? When I booked my check up, the receptionist was not forthcoming with telling me that Ian was no longer there, she hid this fact from me, but upon probing she had to admit that I wouldn't be seeing Ian. Ian is the best, gentle patient caring.
Not sure what happen to this dentist, but he isn't good with kids. Today was a total waste of time. I drove all the way up from Mandurah to see this dentist because there was available appointments open and my daughter has been saying her tooth hurts. From the moment she sat in the chair the vibe from him was he didn't want to deal with it and gave a lazy diagnosis.
