Ian is a fantastic dentist and a warm and caring human being, who gives out great advice. However Ian is no longer at this practice, not sure if he will return due to a foot problem/ possible retirement? When I booked my check up, the receptionist was not forthcoming with telling me that Ian was no longer there, she hid this fact from me, but upon probing she had to admit that I wouldn't be seeing Ian. Ian is the best, gentle patient caring.
Not sure what happen to this dentist, but he isn't good with kids. Today was a total waste of time. I drove all the way up from Mandurah to see this dentist because there was available appointments open and my daughter has been saying her tooth hurts. From the moment she sat in the chair the vibe from him was he didn't want to deal with it and gave a lazy diagnosis. Brilliant dentist I suffer social anxiety due to my adhd he was kind and took his time to explain the ins and outs of my teeth throughly to me explaining why certain discolourations happen naturally ect which is something I had always worried about and made me feel comfortable in my own teeth again, he’s super passionate and knowledgeable about his job 10/10 best customer experience I’ve had in a long long time, Thankyou dr Ian
