Dr. Simone Seltzer is truly one of the best doctors I’ve come across. Anna is the worst person to deal with. She is rude, impolite. She spelled my name wrong and told me my dentist never sent the referral. Only when I called back to her and said my dentist has sent the referral please check again she admitted not entering the information in the system properly. She also told me I was faking reflux action because if I was gaging for real I would never be able to eat food. If I can eat I can get xray done. She is incompetent and should never be in this job.
I came to this clinic last year for one visible pus under one of my molar. I have no pain, no sensitivity on that tooth. After xrays, the male doctor who examined the "pus" told me that he can do a root canal to see if there is a problem under the root. Whether there is underlying issue or none under the molar, the root canal treatment will cost $1700..... But If there is no problem found, he will do the filling but you will end up with a canalled tooth forever....That moment, it seems to be the only solution to my problem. ... read more
Call them up as I needed a reroute canal I usually go to another root canal specialist which he was a little bit busy and I was in a lot of pain. I told him I had x-rays that was taken two days ago which several dentist has told me that would work, but they don’t have time to fit me in this dentist suggested I had to go in and repeat the same process which many dentist told me the x-rays I had were two days old and they would work, but they said it wouldn’t. They are just scammers I would stay away.
