Horrible experience, I have a 5 year old chihuahua and brought him in. The staff were excellent but the so called DR IAN BURNS was horrible! When I questioned what he said, he told me not to argue. Mind you, I went in because my dog had a red eye and I was told it was ok he just scratched it, and he went on to say ‘it’s his third eye’, I said ‘what’s that’?
