I am not a patient but accompanied one recently. I wanted to praise the staff, especially Jacqui (forgive spelling if incorrect) in dealing with people both on the phone and in person. Patient and helpful with a healthy dose of humour - the perfect antidote for a worried soul.
I've had dealings with a lot of specialists over the past 5-6 years. Not only is Dr Smith unique but his stuff are also marvellous. They are all down to earth, treat people of all social status fairly & equally. This Practice is unique, humane, and incredibly caring. I'm blessed to have them in my life. Al - Kootingal
