In 2008, when I hadn't even reached the age of 1 yet, Dr Ian Nicholson performed a heart surgery on me. Underweight, I had a whole in my heart and my immigrant parents were financially poor, not even being able to drink a $3 cup of coffee due to finances. Despite my family not being able to afford my surgery, Dr Ian Nicholson covered our costs entirely free and saved my life. My husband had a triple bypass 6 weeks ago.Dr Nicholson and all his staff made us both feel confident and more relaxed with the whole procedure.Dr Nicholson was very easy to talk to he is so down to earth and explained everything in a very comforting way
On June 12, 2015, I suffered an unexpected aortic dissection and was rushed to Westmead hospital and lo and behold, who was waiting for me? God sent Dr. Nicholson to save me. It's been 10 years since then, and am still going strong. God bless!
Dr Ian nicholson is my hero He is an absolute angel saved my life twice i had to have 2 major open heart surgeries in under a year bringing my open heart surgeries to a total of 4 he was the only man for the job! His bed side manner is amazing everytime the most caring selfless human you will find thanks to Dr Nicholson and his beautiful team I have finally got my life back forever grateful for this amazing man.
