My fantastic dentist retired, and referred me to Dr Low. How could I be so blessed to find another incredible dentist! I just had a lot of work done: old fillings replaced and other things. He explains details of what needs to be done first. He is very conscious of making sure I am fine, & checks with me if I'm ok through the procedures, and he has mastered painless application of anesthesia. I've been going to Dr. Low for years and taken my twins to him since they were 2 (now 9). One of my twins who is VERY reactive and anxious had to get a filling and stressed about it for weeks. I called Dr Low and talked about what the procedure would look like. I was convinced she wouldn't go through with it and the appointment would be a disaster. Dr Ian is very skilled, transparent, and friendly. His attention to detail is a very much appreciated for something as important as your only set of teeth. His dental hygienist Stephanie is also excellent and very observant. They are both committed to doing the best work possible and it shows. My biggest regret is not switching to this clinic sooner, it would have saved me a significant amount of money and pain. I highly recommended this clinic.
