I’m writing this review because my son was seen 3 weeks ago. Dr. Butler ordered a brain mri for my son. The imaging department never received the order. I called numerous amounts of times for the staff to send the order and requested a call back. 3 weeks later and still never sent. I had to get a hold of a manager from the department in order for things to get done. I feel like they aren’t concerned about my son needing the mri how I am. My daughter has been seen by Dr. Butler since she was 5 months and 3 days old & she is now 9 yrs. old. He is not only knowledgeable and caring but works diligently to diagnose and treat his patients. As a mom of an infant suffering from seizures & remember feeling an array of emotions & feelings but never felt alone after Dr. Butler took on my little girls case. I'll admit the speed of getting the results back of my DD genetic testing was fast but I have been trying for several weeks to reach them on the phone so they can tell me the results of the testing not very phone friendly when you try to call no one answers the phones been calling for 3 weeks no answers on anything the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the visit and testing were fast but trying to get your results will just cause you a bunch of headache and heartache while you sit wondering whats going on...
