I have been seeing Dr. Levy since 2010. He takes his time with you at each visit and explains everything very clearly. He calls you directly with results and what the next step is. His staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend his office.
Terrible experience with the front desk staff, specifically Lisa, who was extremely condescending. She was also eating fried foods at 10am, which filled the waiting room with a gross aroma. The front desk here was so condescending and unhelpful at every turn, making the appointment, getting results - even paying the bill! Lisa insisted I pay cash. I wonder if Dr. Levy ever received the money.
Dr Levy has been my endo for over 20 years - he is extremely knowledgeable and is well versed in the various treatments of his specialty. He has helped manage my condition for years is always taking my input into consideration when treating my needs. With his guidance I can say I have done extremely well over the years and continue to do so....
Dr levy was very helpful. However I will not return due to office staff. Front desk woman spent several minutes on the phone talking to a tele marketer. She was playing along, provoking him. Then another few minutes telling the biller what the guy said. Then rudeness about copay, followed by vagueness about the process of a test and days passing without results( fax wasn’t working) I was so upset by the experience. Dr. Levy was wonderful, he took his time. His office staff are rude, refused to help, hung up on me when I asked to speak to the doctor. BECAUSE OF THEM, I will not return. Which is a shame since Dr. Levy is a very good doctor.
