While Dr. Levy was great to work with I have unfortunately been “fired” as a patient after missing 3 appointments over the course of 3 yrs. Apparently, there’s a three strike rule I didn’t know about. Life happens, We have to take care of our family. We have jobs and we can’t always make the appointments that we tend to schedule for ourselves. Outstanding doctor very personable and caring expert !!!!!
Dr Levy is WONDERFUL, but I’m truly at a loss for what to do about his office staff. They’re the rudest group of people I’ve come across in an office situation - so much so, that I really don’t want to return. The doctor only accepts cash or check, so I had to go back home to get a check. I’ve never heard of such a policy, so I was annoyed, but I got over it.
