I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for refills here. The lady on the phone told me this was a walk-in and the paperwork I had was sufficient and to bring it with me. Upon arrival I was told my paperwork was insufficient and whomever the lady I spoke to over the phone was wrong. They flat out refused to see me at a walk in over paperwork.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Furtado takes time to listen and is a very caring doctocr. I recommend him and his staff.
