Today I saw Dr Denholm, and my experience with him was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and worth the wait. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception was the opposite. Three months ago, I booked an appointment well in advance to see Dr Ian. On the day of that appointment, it was cancelled due to illness, which is completely understandable. However, when I was contacted to reschedule, no apology was offered and no flexibility or consideration was extended despite the last-minute cancellation being on their end... read more

Such a lovely guy and he is super thorough. I have terrible dental anxiety and everytime I see him I am blown away at how easy and gentle the treatment is! I can not recommend Ian more!
