It is so wonderful to be able to reach out and to talk to someone. I love how I can talk to the nurse if the doctor is busy. And often times, she will be able to get me an answer. Or as in a recent event, I was able to come in and see the doctor. It is exactly what I need.
Dr. Kleinhen is a great doctor. Every time I go in, it's reassuring. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Listens to his patients and does his best to provide quality feedback. The office staff is super friendly and easy to work with, even over the phone. I highly recommend this doctor. I drive around an hour just to go here, it's worth it!
Visiting the office of Dr Kleinhen is somewhat comforting as EVERYONE goes out of their way to make you feel special. Really. I have never entered a doctors office where you were not treated as a number. This office is unique. They make you feel comfortable and show concern and compassion even when you are sick. I rate them as a 10+.
My Doctor is very attentive to my personal needs and takes time to explains and reviews everything with me. Very detail medical treatment! Dr and his staff are awesome! If you want great care, then I highly recommended Dr Kleinhen. It is so worth it to at least set up a consultation if your serious. I have never felt more secure about my heath then with Dr Kleihen.
Dr. Kleinhen has been very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the year. He replies in a timely manner and is patient with my requests for explanations when I am not familiar with something. He follows through with information that requires some investigating and provides trustworthy, competent referrals when needed.
