Dr. Catania has the best side manner, he answers my questions with attention and respect. He has cared for my boys with great attention to their specific needs and takes his time to listen to them. We also had to visit him recently in his Covid clinic and it's amazing how he puts himself in front of sick patients day in and day out without regard for his own health. Very unprofessional and poor bedside manner. Spoke to him as an on-call doctor after finding out I had been exposed to someone who had COVID. He accused me of lying and was too busy to answer questions. Another family member saw him for testing 5 days ago and has called back multiple times since, and Dr. Catania still has not returned the call with the results or instructions as promised.
Never have I met a doctor so in tune with patient needs. Dr. Catania goes above and beyond. His actions show he truly cares about each and every one of us. I came to him with an immediate need, I received a phone call within 5 minutes, from the dr, not office staff. He has guided me through my illness the past three days without one complaint. Can't believe this doctor could have poor reviews. I am constantly impressed with his attention to detail. He is always prepared for his appointments. In this I mean he remembers the patients current and past issues. He asks questions and waits for the answer. I have never felt rushed. Never felt like he isn't listening. I could ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Holgado is knowledgeable, caring, and practical. He takes the time to listen before he makes a judgment on how to proceed. Dr. Holgado is a young man, but he is an "old-fashioned" physician who is willing to spend time and then treat his patients accordingly. If a consultation is necessary he provides that information but doesn't shunt a patient off needlessly. He is the best doctor I've ever had - and at 88 years that says a lot!

I have been going t Dr. Squares for many years. She takes her time and listens to what you tell her. Funny if I talk long enough I can usually figure out small heath problems. She just smiles. Knows me well. Wait time has improved tremendously.
During the Covid outbreak the doctor has not only put his health and well being aside to do the right thing for his patients, he has also made himself available on off hours to answer many of our families unanswered questions! He has such a healing soul about him! We are thankful for Dr Catania and his staff!
Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced from a doctor. He doesn’t listen, assumes you’re an idiot and talks to you as such, and makes judgements before receiving all of the facts. I seriously cannot believe he actually has patients.
