Dr. Crabb appeared to have his mind made up before stepping foot in the room. He clearly sides with the lawyers who augment his paycheck and neglects to listen to his patients without an already biased mindset. He does not keep up on current research and typical clinical presentations of common post-operative conditions. Dr. Crabb stated that topical medications, which have been proven to be effective, are "hocus pocus" and that you might as well rub a steak dinner on your arm.
