I had a great experience with the receptionist and the optometrist on my visit for an eye exam.
My experience there was positive. However…. the exam is around $100 - but if you want your FULL eye exam results, they charge you an additional $35 dollars - to prevent you from ordering glasses online. $35 is not a ton of money - but it is a 30% extra fee - which is a very large portion - just to get the full results from your eye exam that you already paid for. This is a punishment for daring to not use the shop attached to them.
I had a very stressful experience. Optomitrist was in a hurry, rushed me when I couldn't focus on things. Staff unhelpful, unfriendly. Very unprofessional.
Those handling scheduling have a lot to learn about kindness and customer care.
I have few appointments here to care for my eye problem . I am always on time but last two appointment I was seen 30-45 mins after my appointment time . Not even apology i was seen so late.
