I found Dr. Becker's front office staff to be intimidating and even confrontational. When I phoned, they would not allow me to speak with Dr. Becker. It was a very unpleasant experience for me.
Dr Becker is a new Doc for me, 3 visits so far and all good, friemdly staff
I have used Dr. Becker for roughly three years and he has consitently treated any ailments professionally and courteously (seldom seen these days). He is a good listener.
