I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the treatment my wife received during her recent appointment on 24th April 2025 with Dr Ali at your clinic. During the visit, my wife was scheduled for a dental cleaning and a filling. Prior to the procedure, I clearly informed Dr Ali that my wife is a heart patient and is on daily cardiac medication. had an emergency appointment for severe pain and problems with my wisdom tooth. i was in and out in 5 seconds after being prescribed antibiotics. made a different emergency appointment today (26th march) at my actual registered dentist back home who informed me i need it removed asap and that i should never have been prescribed antibiotics in the first place as there’s no infection present. now that im on the antibiotics i have to finish them i cant stop taking them. staff were rude and impolite, wanted me out of there as so... read more
Considerate & friendly staff.. Nothing to much trouble.. I have anxiety & the staff helped me feel at ease.. All treatments explained fully & all my questions answered in a way I could understand.. Highly recommend this practise.
disrespectful receptionist staff i was a patient here since i was a child and once i turned 18 i went in for a extraction and i was told at the front desk that i had to pay which was fine but i didn’t know that the receptionist staff proceeded to talk loudly about how if i didn’t have the money i couldn’t be seen and it was my last chance (i have dental anxiety and had cancelled a few times prior) they continue being really loud and obnoxious making me feel lesser than for not having the money on hand which was humiliating i... read more
Came here again for another wisdom tooth removal as Dr Ali did such an amazing/caring job the first time. Only had one this time as private can be expensive but worth it with Dr Ali. Dr Ali and his assistant made me feel at ease yet again and let me waffle on and talk to make myself comfortable. Let me hold my comfort bunny and watch YouTube videos on my phone too!
