Had meniscus tear on my left knee. I am very satisfied with doctor M.Levy and his team for the job done. After the surgery I never had issues with knee and it healed very fast.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. He was dismissive, showed no empathy, and made me feel completely unheard and disrespected. His bedside manner was terrible, and he failed to take my concerns seriously. I also experienced behavior that I found racially insensitive and deeply unprofessional. I will be filing a formal report about this encounter. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and basic human decency, which this doctor clearly lacks.
Dr.Levy has a great bedside manner and made my 17 year daughter feel at ease after injuring her ACL.
