I really don't this doctor found him rude changed my Doctor.
Awful - can't even book an appointment. They put you on a list, someone will call in 2 weeks to book you in for sometime the following 2 weeks. If its mental health then good luck - Victoria doesn't call you. I know someone who waited 2 months then had a breakdown, is now homeless and 6 months down the line STILL HAS NOT had a call from her. I'm now in that same unfortunate position so who knows maybe I will cure myself, have a breakdown or worse. All I know is Darwen Healthlink are not good and need inspecting by CQA.
Excellent when I got to see the Dr, but the receptionist I dealt with was disgraceful.
