Absolutely foul gp surgery, rang up at 8am just to book a routine appointment all went well until I found out that they have changed my adress without my permission (when I haven't even moved adress), asked them to change it back as I haven't moved and they said I have to come in with ID to change it so I asked why they changed it without me coming down without ID to change it and of course they didnt know, I asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back at 9am just to have the phone put down on me, I phoned straight... read more

My Mum has been a patient for many, many years and has always received the ultimate care. She is now bedbound and sadly suffering with dementia, I have received fantastic support in caring for her. Dr Khan and Dr Choudry especially have helped both my Mum and myself through many different challenges and are always there whenever I need help, I cannot thank them enough. I don’t really do reviews but The staff here mainly the doctors such as Dr Zaman and Dr Shabana are so lovely and professional. I’ve known them for the last 7/8 years now. Some of the finest and friendliest doctors you will ever meet and come across. They treat all their patients with the up most care and concern. They are so respectful and amazing at what they do.
