Dr HVAC was recently at my place to look at my AC, they told me the unit was no good and that I had to spend $5,300.00 to replace it. I then contacted another company for a second evaluation, they replaced the capacitor, my unit is working perfect and it's only cost me $150.00, in my eyes Dr HVAC is not a good company.
The reason why I chose to go ahead with Dr. HVAC was because of all the reviews and I must say I was extremely happy with the service. Chris and Trevor both were fantastic and were able to install my new AC today. They were courteous, kind, social and efficient. Chris walked me through the process and if I had any questions, he did not hesitate to answer as best as he could. Having done some renovations and kicked up a lot of dust in the past year I wanted to have the furnace and a/c serviced to be sure they were working well. They were very responsive to my email, and had a technician come on my schedule. The technician (Chris D) was on time, polite, courteous, wore a mask and booties to protect my house, and explained what he found. He was also able to save me some money off the cost of the visit. I have signed up for their annual service plan and would recommend to friends.
