Dr HVAC was recently at my place to look at my AC, they told me the unit was no good and that I had to spend $5,300.00 to replace it. I then contacted another company for a second evaluation, they replaced the capacitor, my unit is working perfect and it's only cost me $150.00, in my eyes Dr HVAC is not a good company.
The reason why I chose to go ahead with Dr. HVAC was because of all the reviews and I must say I was extremely happy with the service. Chris and Trevor both were fantastic and were able to install my new AC today. They were courteous, kind, social and efficient. Having done some renovations and kicked up a lot of dust in the past year I wanted to have the furnace and a/c serviced to be sure they were working well. They were very responsive to my email, and had a technician come on my schedule. The technician (Chris D) was on time, polite, courteous, wore a mask and booties to protect my house, and explained what he found. He was also able to save me some money off the cost of the visit. I have signed up for their annual service plan and would recommend to friends.
From initial contact through to the completed work the Dr. HVAC team were efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Chris and Jo did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. The team was quick to assess what we needed and explained the entire process. They even returned our old water heater for us. Chris returned after the installation to make sure the water was at the temperature we requested. Thanks HVAC team!
