Had Dr HVAC out on Sept. 25 to replace 2 toilet flush valves, one toilet shut off valve, and a gasket on each of 2 outside taps. Cost $1,000.05 for an hour's work. Called them a few days later for 1 toilet still ghost flushing (original problem) and got a 8 am to noon window. Plumber arrived 15 min. before noon, diagnosed a likely faulty flush valve and left after doing nothing, as he didn't have the part and then sent an invoice for $100.57.
I advise you NOT to work with this company. They were dishonest in their dealings with us. We had problems with our furnace shutting off during a recent cold spell. We called Hoerner Heating (which has now been purchased by Dr HVAC) as we had dealt with them before and liked their service. Their technician came to the house on Thursday morning and told us that the furnace was shutting off because it was overheating (which was accurate).
