This place is so bad 😭 the staff suck so bad they don’t treat you with care at all. They just want to take your insurance money and kick you out. The medications the Docter said they would send is always not sent to my pharmacy, when I call to tell them why haven’t they sent it to my pharmacy they lie and say there is no medication written for me. Okay, I am so upset right now 😢 This place sucks in every way. Please avoid this place. They disrespect you and mistreat you, and I genuinely felt like I was not treated like a human being at all. The doctors were fine, but the staff were some of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever encountered. When they were drawing my blood, the staff member was yawning and acting sleepy while I was being treated, and I ended up in extreme pain with bad bruises that were purple in most of my forearm. I can never get ahold of anyone, I’ve tried calling multiple times over two weeks and I’ve left multiple voicemails asking for them to refill my blood pressure medication and nobody called me back. I had to go to urgent care to get it filled because they failed to get in contact with me. My bloodwork said multiple things were off but he said they are normal and it just didn’t sit right with me.
