I have never experience the quality of care that I received at the University of Chicago Orland Park Center.
Had a horrible experience at Comer as a guest. First of all we were praying in the lobby and a security guard approached us and told us that it is against hospital policy to pray in public and asked us not to pray out loud in the lobby. Then we were refused access to the cafeteria because we were to big of a group (10). I checked in at an information desk and was labeled as “part of that family”... We were very pleased with our physician and surgery care. However, nursing care in recovery and on the nursing unit was very poor. I have been a nurse over 30 years and I would have a difficult time allowing my granddaughter to go back there for future care.
