Dr Richmond is THE BEST with kids he is so gentle & explains everything to them! We love him & I would recommend him to everyone all ages, he did my Grandsons tonsils & adenoids. He did my Sisters hearing, has worked with my husband for numerous issues! THE BEST IN SHERMAN !
Check in is a nightmare. Staff is filling out paperwork for patients while the line gets longer. Terrible first impression.
Dr. Richmond has always checked my ears out to see if there was anything wrong are not but not this last visit..He did not even bother to check at all. I wanted to see him not the pa. Just disappointed this time around.
We are so glad to be recommended to Dr. RICHMOND. He has great bedside manners, friendly, personable, and highly recommended. He took my 12yr tonsils & adenoids out and it was a great experience be it may.
