After an office visit on 12/02/2025, we requested PT/OT/skilled nursing orders, a walker, a shower chair for a disabled patient. I followed up weekly and received conflicting updates. A DAHS form was submitted 01/18/2026, and at a follow-up appointment 01/20/2026 we again reported the missing requests. On 02/02/2026 I went in person; the doctor refused to see me and sent a nurse to respond. A discontinuation letter dated 02/02/2026 was received 02/09/2026 while essential needs were still unresolved.
I like him, but I had to discharge out the horrible Tomball Hospital in Tomball. They gave me morphine I was allergic to it, then they gave me morphine pills Zi started vomiting and couldn't stop for 3 days. I finally said no more morphine and the Doctor admitted that they never told him. The hospital rooms filthy dirty restrooms showers were old like a cheep motel mildew, and it wasn't clean and stunk. I have used Dr. Dollar for about 10 years and was very satisfied up until this past week. I feel that the entire staff has blown me off. I have Osteoporosis and the facility that I was using to get the injection is no longer servicing Prolio patients, so I reached out to Dr. Dollar's office for help. First off, I'm on Medicare, and the staff never even filed on my Medicare, they filed on my pharmacy insurance, and I was rejected.
