The staff definitely needs to be fired. They’re rude and unprofessional, not only to me, but also to my insurance when they called on my behalf.

After an office visit on 12/02/2025, we requested PT/OT/skilled nursing orders, a walker, a shower chair for a disabled patient. I followed up weekly and received conflicting updates. A DAHS form was submitted 01/18/2026, and at a follow-up appointment 01/20/2026 we again reported the missing requests. On 02/02/2026 I went in person; the doctor refused to see me and sent a nurse to respond. A discontinuation letter dated 02/02/2026 was received 02/09/2026 while essential needs were still unresolved.
