Dra. Alam is kind and very knowledgeable, always makes times to listen and find the best resources to help her patients.
My family and I waited for 2hours, when we booked an appointment 2 Weeks in advance. There receptionist and nurses are very rude and inexperienced. They are off on the vitals as well.
I find Dr Alum to be helpful, kind, and considerate. She takes the time to know me and my health problems. I have recommended her to other family members. That is how much I trust her.
Wow. I usually don't take the time to write reviews online, but I had to for this. Very rude secretary up front @ Aurora. She always complains about how much she wants to go home and gives attitude. Getting a hold of them from my end and from my other doctor's ends is a pain. I've been forced to go to the ER twice just because I couldn't get a hold of them. Dr. Huma rushes through appts and doesn't ask many questions. Current doctor told me she's been prescribing me the wrong meds for years.
