I don’t know what happened in this office . I was Dr Hui Zheng ‘s patient from 2010. Before she is ok, not the best but do what she needs to do as a doctor. But recent years, the office staffs are very rude and not answering the phone calls or letting you wait and sometimes disconnect. Only one lady on the front desk are ok. She is a medical gaslighter. She is rude. I came in unable to breathe. She told me to meditate. She prescribed me anti deprresents. She ran labs because I demanded it.It turned out that my hemoglobin was a 4 because I was bleeding from fibroids. Do not trust her.
Bad attitude to the patients and no patient to answer questions. No respectful to give any suggestions and just quickly rush answer questions in very short words. Worst experience with doctors.
We have a very bad experience here. Her attitude is very very rude and have not seen this kind bad doctor
The worst doctor I have ever seen. She rushed through the examination. Barely 5 minutes she kicked me out without properly examining, listening and understanding my problems!
This is the worst experiences in my life. Both doctor and the receptionists is suck. I don't want to get into detail but if you have nothing to do but waste your time then go for it. I personally give her 0 Star
The front desk staff are inefficient,consistently rude and very unhelpful. One rarely gets a phone call returned and you can wait holding on phone for 20+ minutes. The nurses for the doctor are kind and friendly. The one positive note for the entire group. Dr. Siddiq is abrupt, makes one feel that you are wasting her time, and does not like to answer questions or go into any detail. One leaves feeling you are an imposition. When on Medi-Cal your choices are very limited.
NEVER in my lifetime. She is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. She is very rude, rough, unprofessional, women do not let her do a pap on you unless you are of her own nationality because will be rough and hurt you. She should proud we let her practice in America. Anyone who wants her as their doctor all I can say is (GOOD LUCK)
I've been a patient of Dr. Zheng for over 7 years. Dr. Zheng and her staff was very helpful, but in the last 2 years, none of them have been helpful. I needed them to send my insurance a letter to explain a blood test that she gave me, but they have never sent one. I have asked them 4 times to do this, the last one with Dr. Zheng personally telling me she would make sure to send the letter, but she failed to do so. I had to pay for the test myself.
