I don’t know what happened in this office . I was Dr Hui Zheng ‘s patient from 2010. Before she is ok, not the best but do what she needs to do as a doctor. But recent years, the office staffs are very rude and not answering the phone calls or letting you wait and sometimes disconnect. Only one lady on the front desk are ok. Dr Hui are always hurrying and not polite and no patience for my questions. Bad attitude to the patients and no patient to answer questions. No respectful to give any suggestions and just quickly rush answer questions in very short words. Worst experience with doctors.
We have a very bad experience here. Her attitude is very very rude and have not seen this kind bad doctor
The worst doctor I have ever seen. She rushed through the examination. Barely 5 minutes she kicked me out without properly examining, listening and understanding my problems!
This is the worst experiences in my life. Both doctor and the receptionists is suck. I don't want to get into detail but if you have nothing to do but waste your time then go for it. I personally give her 0 Star
I've been a patient of Dr. Zheng for over 7 years. Dr. Zheng and her staff was very helpful, but in the last 2 years, none of them have been helpful. I needed them to send my insurance a letter to explain a blood test that she gave me, but they have never sent one. I have asked them 4 times to do this, the last one with Dr. Zheng personally telling me she would make sure to send the letter, but she failed to do so. I had to pay for the test myself.
As a silicon valley engineer, we are all so busy and rarely see a doctor. When we need to see a doctor, sometimes it is urgent. It is hard to find a doctor who can stand on a patient side to take care patient's need. We have seen Hui for 3 years. I highly recommend Dr. Hui Zheng to everyone.
Had my physical done by the doctor. She was thorough and answered any questions that I had. After the results came in, she gave me a call to discuss the results with me which was something that I really appreciated as my previous doctor never followed-up with me.
My family has been with Dr. Zheng for almost 5 years. My family has very bad experience working with their staff and Dr. Zheng. Each visit we had to wait at least 45 to 60 minute before we get to see the doctor. Their staffs are very mean, always put you on hold. Most important is, Dr Zheng is a care less doctor that always forgot to submit my prescription. I have to call many time to deal with their staff before they would process my prescription to local pharmacy. Impatient & bad attitudes!
